I grew up just west of the Sculpture Garden and the WALKER Art Center. As a teenager, it was one of my favorite places to “be”. It still is today. Except now, I visit the “Garden” because I love the open ended, unpredictable adventure of making art. Here, art is as much the subject of my work as it is the work of my making.
